ERP Change Lead (Hybrid) - £90k + Bonus & Car Allowance

Your new role is to lead the deployment of a global change management strategy across the UK to ensure successful adoption of a new ERP system. You will engage stakeholders, manage resistance, and monitor adoption using ADKAR and ICAP, including go-live readiness and post-implementation support.

Ideal candidates bring senior change management experience, preferably from an engineering consultancy, with exposure to Nuclear sector or similar.
