Role Overview
We are looking for a senior Ericsson ENM expert to lead and execute the migration of Legacy OSS/ENM environments to a modern platform.

This is a hands-on technical role requiring deep experience with Ericsson OSS and ENM, including system migration, integration, and troubleshooting in complex telecom environments.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and executemigration of Legacy OSS/ENM environments
Perform data, configuration, and network element migration into ENM
Handle ENM upgrades, patching, and platform transitions
Integrate RAN, Core, and Transport nodes into ENM
Ensure service continuity during migration (minimal downtime)
Troubleshoot post-migration issues (FM/PM/CM, alarms, performance)
Work closely with Ericsson teams, operations, and customer stakeholders
Validate end-to-end functionality after migration
Automate migration and operational tasks where possible

Required Experience (Must-Have)

8-10+ years in telecom OSS, with strong focus on Ericsson
Proven experience with Ericsson Network Manager (ENM)
Hands-on experience with:ENM migration/transformation projects
Legacy OSS - ENM transitions
Strong knowledge of:FM/PM/CM flows
OSS architecture and integration (NBI)
Experience integrating:
RAN, Core, Transport network elements
Solid Linux administration (RHEL/CentOS)
Scripting (Shell/Python)

Technical Environment

Ericsson OSS/ENM
VMware/virtualized environments (or cloud-native if relevant)
Linux (RHEL)
Databases (PostgreSQL/similar)
Networking (IP, routing, switching basics)

Nice to Have

Experience with:Kubernetes/Docker (if target is cloud-native ENM)
Large-scale migrations in Tier-1 operators
Understanding of:
VoLTE/4G/5G architecture
Prior work with Ericsson delivery teams
