Overview 
Employee Relations Specialist (Immediate Start) - South London - 3 Days in the Office - 1-2 Month Contract - Up to £257 per day + Holiday Pay.
Are you an experienced Employee Relations Specialist who is available immediately? We are working with a well-known, large retail organisation that requires additional support to manage a high volume of complex ER cases during a particularly busy period.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced HR team where you will make an immediate impact, handling a varied ER caseload and partnering with managers to deliver pragmatic, commercial advice.
The Role- Managing a high volume of employee relations cases from start to finish.
- Advising and coaching managers on ER best practice and employment legislation.
- Supporting a range of cases including disciplinaries, grievances, performance, absence management and investigations.
- Ensuring cases are handled efficiently, consistently and in line with company policy.
- Working closely with the wider HR team to help reduce the existing ER backlog.
- Proven experience managing high-volume employee relations cases in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
- Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels.
- Able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
- Retail or other high-volume, customer-facing industry experience is highly desirable.
- Available to start immediately.
- 1-2 month contract
- Up to £257 per day plus holiday pay
