THE TEAM

Our Employee Relations team is at the heart of easyJet's people strategy, providing expert advice and guidance on employee relations cases and people policies. We support managers across the business, helping them to navigate complex matters and drive consistent, fair outcomes. We're passionate about continuous improvement and empowering managers with the tools and training they need to succeed.

THE ROLE

As Employee Relations Partner, you'll be a strategic expert, delivering high quality ER advice and managing complex, high risk matters. You'll proactively identify risks, implement mitigation plans, and ensure the practical application of UK employment law and people policy.

You'll drive continuous improvement through data analysis, identify trends, and translate insights into action plans and training. You'll work closely with functional leaders and HR Business Partners, shaping policy and supporting change projects.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Experience in Employee Relations, advising on complex, high risk ER activity.
  • Experience managing large scale business change with significant ER implications.
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including unions and consultative groups.
  • Evidence of practical application of employment law in business projects.
  • Strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Methodical, organised approach with attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyse metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with MS Office and HR systems.
  • Detailed knowledge of UK employment law.
  • Willingness to travel across easyJet Base locations within the UK.

PRACTICALITIES

This full time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
