ER Manager - Large Fashion Retailer

West London

Hybrid 3 days a week office

Salary - Competitve

I am looking for a senior Employee Relations (ER) professional to join a leading fashion retailer and drive high-impact, complex ER initiatives across a broad region. This is a chance to influence business strategy, resolve challenging cases, and shape a positive, fair, and commercially sound workplace culture.

What you will do:
  • Provide expert ER advice on complex, high-risk, or high-profile cases.
  • Lead litigation strategies (ACAS/ETs) and settlement agreements in partnership with Employment Law.
  • Partner with stakeholders to develop ER plans that reduce risk, improve outcomes, and enhance manager capability.
  • Coach leaders and ER Executives on disciplinary, capability, performance, and fair treatment matters.
  • Drive people-change initiatives, consultation processes, and impact assessments.
  • Maintain strict case confidentiality and ensure consistent application of policies and procedures.
  • Use data and insight to guide decisions and deliver meaningful ER improvements.
What I am looking for
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, employment law, and occupational health.
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to make bold, commercial decisions that align with business strategy.
  • Proven stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communicator, able to simplify complex information for leaders and teams.
  • Data-savvy, action-oriented, and pragmatic, with a commercial mindset.
  • Must have multi site experience.
