ER Lead (UK) - 12-Month FTC, Change & Policy Expert

The SR Group (UK) Limited is recruiting an Employee Relations Manager for a newly created 12-month FTC in London. You will lead the UK ER agenda during a period of change, guiding policy development and employment law compliance.

You will manage a team of three HR Advisors, handling complex ER matters and supporting restructuring activities such as collective consultations, TUPE and operating model changes.
