ER Advisor - Hybrid (Policy & Investigations)

Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join our client in Coventry on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days on-site per week. You will be the first point of contact for guidance on employee relations cases, providing timely, informed advice at all stages in line with policy.

The role involves advising managers on disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence cases, overseeing investigations, reviewing documentation, and supporting hearings.
