You will have the opportunity to shape incentive structures that drive engagement and retention while ensuring compliance with evolving regulations. By managing client engagements from inception through completion, you will develop trusted relationships built on empathy, reliability, and expert guidance. Your role will also include mentoring junior colleagues-sharing your knowledge generously-and contributing ideas that help bring innovative solutions to market. Success in this position means not only delivering outstanding results but also fostering a culture of collaboration where every voice is heard and valued.

  • Support the wider client service team in delivering complex projects related to equity reward workflows, ensuring all aspects are managed efficiently and effectively.

  • Develop tailored incentive plans for employees at all levels, including share purchase schemes that align with organisational goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead client engagements of moderate complexity independently while consulting with senior team members as needed to ensure quality delivery.
  • Manage the commercial aspects of engagements by monitoring utilisation rates and profitability targets, contributing to the overall success of the practice.
  • Take early responsibility for building and maintaining key client relationships by discussing people-related issues and identifying opportunities for cross specialism support.
  • Collaborate with other teams within the organisation to deliver integrated advice that addresses clients' broader business challenges.
  • Delegate tasks to junior team members, review their work from both technical and commercial perspectives, and provide constructive feedback for their development.

  • Demonstrated experience in equity reward or tax advisory roles within professional services or similar environments, showcasing your ability to manage complex client needs.

  • Professional qualifications such as ATT, CTA, ACA or Legal (completed or part completed) are advantageous; however, candidates actively pursuing these qualifications or possessing equivalent experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling you to explain intricate concepts clearly in both internal discussions and external presentations.
  • A collaborative approach that allows you to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds while nurturing positive relationships with clients.
  • A keen eye for detail combined with analytical thinking ensures accuracy in all aspects of project delivery.
  • Proactive attitude towards personal development as well as supporting the growth of junior team members through coaching and feedback.
