  • Ensure all project equipment complies with international and company-specific safety standards.
  • Maintain documentation and certification records for all assets.
  • Receive input from regions and ensure a global database of land equipment is maintained.
  • Liaise with project teams to understand project equipment requirements and advise availability/planning.

Your qualifications

  • You are proactive, structured, and hands-on in your approach.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and take ownership when it comes to keeping equipment operations organized, compliant, and efficient.
  • Higher Vocational Education (Engineering, Logistics) or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience in equipment management, logistics coordination, or a similar operational role.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to track multiple assets and priorities across locations.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, international environment, and able to liaise effectively with project teams, engineers, and suppliers.
  • A practical mindset, with a focus on safety, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (both verbally and in writing).
  • Willingness to occasionally travel abroad.
