We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join Edinburgh Printmakers' front of house sales team.

This customer-focused role supports the Sales & Commercial Manager in the effective running of all sales, sales archive, and front-of-house operations. The Sales, Gallery and Archive Assistants consider each visitor a potential customer and provide the knowledge and sales expertise to convert visits into sales.

The role is an exciting opportunity for anyone wanting to gain experience working in a professional arts organisation. You will be working with a dynamic team to provide a welcoming and informative service for all visitors to Edinburgh Printmakers during the delivery of our exhibition programme and the annual exciting and busy festival season in Edinburgh.

Working Hours: Part-time, 15 hours a week (2 days), flexibly across Tuesday - Sunday. Occasional evening work is required for events

Contract:Fixed term for 12 months, with potential to extend.

EP Spaces Project Officer

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join the EP Spaces team. This role will support the coordination and supervision of artists' spaces across Scotland.

The post holder will be responsible for managing external relationships, the functionality of spaces for artists and creative practitioners, business clients, and other organisations and their stakeholders, and maintaining project filing systems.

The successful candidate will build strong working relationships with artists and creative practitioners, business partners, and sector contacts in each EP Spaces location and at Castle Mills, supporting the effective coordination with the wider team as required. The EP Spaces Project Officer will be a highly organised self-starter, with excellent administration and communication skills. Resourceful and entrepreneurial in their approach, they will be highly motivated to achieve the aims of the EP Spaces strategy.

Working hours: Full time, 37.5 hours a week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
Salary: £26,780 gross per annum

Contract: Fixed term for 12 months, with potential to extend.
