- $110,488 - $123,778 per annum (dependent on experience) plus superannuation

Join our team as an Environmental Health Lead.
An exciting opportunity presents itself for an experienced Environmental Health Officer to take on a leadership role in a newly created Environmental Health Lead position.
About the role:As the Environmental Health Lead, you will be involved in:
- Food safety management
- Investigation of infectious diseases
- Health education and community engagement
- Environmental health protection activities
- A strong commitment to high quality customer service
- Skills in health planning and project management
- The ability to guide, mentor and support Environmental Health Services team members
- Confidence in interpreting legislation and ensuring statutory compliance
- Strong investigative, reporting and problem solving skills, including managing complex or sensitive cases
- Relevant tertiary qualifications, declared by the Secretary Department of Health
- Eligibility for EHPA membership
- A thorough understanding of relevant legislation
- Experience working as an Environmental Health Officer
