How You'll Make an ImpactWe are looking for an Enterprise Sales Director (Data & Tech) with strong experience and understanding of the digital marketing industry. You will be selling across our Data, Identity, Media, CRM, and Loyalty solutions with a focus on Tier One accounts across various verticals. This is a quota-carrying role where your success will be based on closing business. You'll report to the Vice President of Data & Technology and work closely with the Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams, along with key internal stakeholders and external customers. This is a hybrid role based in London (2/3 days per week in the office).

What You'll Achieve
  1. Deliver annual revenue numbers by closing new contracts for Epsilon with direct clients outside of Publicis Groupe.
  2. Develop and execute strategies to establish and nurture relationships with key target accounts.
  3. Collaborate with Data, Product, Account Management, and other teams to help deliver new accounts, thought leadership, and product development.
  4. Maintain an understanding of our products and services and communicate their value proposition effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Who You Are

What you'll bring with you:

  • Proven track record in delivering digital and marketing solutions to Tier One businesses.
  • Knowledge of the ecommerce landscape, and experience with entertainment or enterprise clients.
  • Knowledge of ad and mar-tech landscapes, and challenges in digital media.
  • Curious to learn, self-driven, and focused on personal development.
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and a self-starter.
  • Effective communication skills across organizational levels.
  • Versed in multiple marketing channels.
  • Strong understanding of selling multi-stakeholder deals.
