Enterprise Readiness & Change Consultant

Consult is seeking a Business Service Readiness Consultant for a hybrid London engagement requiring 1-2 days on site per week. The contract is 3-6 months+ with no visa sponsorship. The role focuses on organisational readiness for product/service launches and adoption, engaging with public sector clients.

The consultant will assess organisational impacts across people, processes and ways of working, and define practical actions to support service adoption and operation.
