Enterprise Customer Success Director

Quest Software in Cork, Ireland is seeking a Customer Success Manager to lead a team of Strategic & Enterprise Customer Success Managers, overseeing adoption, retention, and value realization for Quest's strategic accounts in a hybrid work model.

You will partner with Sales, Renewals, Product and Support to align on account strategies, guide Customer Success Plans and Executive Business Reviews, and drive scalable programs that improve customer health and expansion opportunities.
