Enterprise Architecture Platform Lead - 6+ months - Krakow

Global Enterprise Partners is currently supporting a major fashion and retail client in Poland in the search for an Enterprise Architecture Platform Lead.
This role will be responsible for owning and developing the organization's Enterprise Architecture platform, driving architecture governance, portfolio transparency, data quality, and AI-enabled insights to support technology and business decision-making across a global environment.
Responsibilities:
- Own and enhance the Enterprise Architecture platform as the central repository for architecture and portfolio information,
- Drive application portfolio management, capability mapping, and architecture governance activities,
- Improve data quality, life cycle management, and visibility across applications, technologies, and business capabilities,
- Provide insights into technology risks, redundancies, and optimization opportunities,
- Utilize AI and analytics to enhance reporting, automate data stewardship, and improve portfolio intelligence,
- Support adoption of Enterprise Architecture practices and engage with business, technology, and architecture stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 7+ years' experience within Enterprise Architecture, Business Architecture, or Application Portfolio Management.
- Experience with enterprise architecture repositories and governance frameworks.
- Knowledge of architecture modelling, portfolio management, and capability-based planning.
- Experience with EA tools such as SAP LeanIX or similar platforms.
- Understanding of TOGAF or comparable architecture methodologies.
- Exposure to large-scale business landscapes including retail, eCommerce, supply chain, ERP, and finance environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
