Client Overview

The clientboth require a partner to supplement our existing IT software development teamsin the delivery of strategic projects, and IT consultancy.

IT softwaresupport & development services are provided to both organisations by ourinternal team. The services include but not limited to IT consulting, DigitalTransformation, custom software development, web application development, webAPI development, Artificial Intelligence, providing ongoing support &maintenance for bespoke applications, database development & support, andContent Management System (CMS) development & support. The IT functions of theclient also provide a range of core business applications to support businessactivities.

The Client isprogressing the enhancement and modernisation of several bespoke digitalsystems. These initiatives may include the development and support of customapplications across areas such as the administration of horse racing, financeoperations, integrity and compliance services, Raceday and event management,data warehousing and analytics, CRM extensions, SharePoint solutions,cloud based services, eCommerce, web platforms, content management, and otherspecialised systems.

Role Overview

Alignssolutions and platforms with enterprise strategy, standards and roadmaps;governs portfolio-level decisions and ensures cross-programme coherence.

Experience

It is a mandatory requirement, that the resourcesproposed have senior level experience, with a minimum of relevant 7 years'experience.

English Language Proficiency(MANDATORY):

CEFR C2 Proficiency/Mastery (or equivalent)

If there is no certificate, fluency will be assessed atpresentation stage

Applicationand Database Migration & Modernisation Services

• Client is lookingfor an IT development partner to provide services to assist the client IT teamto modernise our applications and databases to align with cloud computingcapabilities, modern architectures, and business strategies. This will includemoving applications and data from the current environment to Microsoft Azure,and modernising applications to transform from rigid monolithic applications tomodular, flexible and cloud-native ecosystems, enhancing applications to meetmodern business needs and technical standards.
• Agility &speed : Faster release cycles, featurevelocity, and experiment cadence.
• Resilience& performance : Higheravailability, elasticity, and improved user experience.
• Security &compliance : Strong identity, dataprotection, and governance baselines.
