ENTERPRISE ARCHITECT - AMSTERDAM - 9 MONTHS CONTRACT

Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for an Enterprise Architect for her client based in the direct vicinity of Amsterdam

The role of the EA is to take this knowledge and ensure that the business and IT are in alignment to provide synergistic benefits for the customer's journey. The EA links the business mission, strategy, and processes of a customer's organization to its IT strategy. The EA documents this using multiple architectural models or views that show how the current and future needs of an organization will be met in an efficient, sustainable, agile, and adaptable manner.

Who are you

• Bachelor or master's degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or similar level of education.
• Coordinates and validates the establishment and development of an Enterprise Architecture for a major organization, eg, a multi-national, a Government Department;
• Works closely with customer executive/senior management and Information Systems staff, government, and/or industry experts, proactively seeking out, analysing, documenting and modelling, to provide the optimum context for the selection, design, development and delivery of business and IT solutions.
• Takes full responsibility for ensuring that an Enterprise Architecture correctly reflects the government, business and IT strategy objectives.
• Takes an active part, together with as appropriate customer department staff, senior technical business staff and/or specialized IS management, in the definition of strategies based around an Enterprise Architecture to drive business improvement, innovation, and/or make more effective use of IT.
• Guides customer department staff, or senior management, towards accepting change derived from an Enterprise Architecture, showing understanding, imagination and creativity.
• Is seen as a leading authority in his area of expertise, nationally and/or internationally.
• Has enough market, business and technical overview knowledge and practical experience to give leadership to multi-specialist projects.
• Takes responsibility for the strategy and methods used in implementing an Enterprise Architecture, and related business and architectures in a major organization.
• Is an expert in Application Development Methods, Techniques and Standards.
• Is proficient in National/International Standards and regulations
• Is TOGAF and ArchiMate certified.
