Enterprise Account Executive (Healthcare)

£67K+ Uncapped Commission
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive for a dynamic, mission-driven 40-person health-tech scale-up. The Enterprise Account Executive will report directly to the Head of Growth in the UK. Your main responsibilities will include selling the company's AI solutions to the NHS and private mental health providers, driving new deals, and expanding the client base in the UK. You will own and strategically manage your territories, overseeing the entire buyer's journey from prospecting to closing.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve individual sales quotas to support the company's UK commercial goals
- Build and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners to generate pipeline
- Qualify and close sales opportunities using the company's sales methodology and metrics
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities
- Leverage internal resources such as Clinical, Customer Success, and Senior Leadership in sales campaigns
- Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success teams to target potential clients with tailored messaging and impactful case studies
- Maintain accurate sales data in Hubspot, forecast sales activities, and predict revenue
Experience:
- Preferred experience in enterprise SaaS sales, especially within mental health, NHS, or healthcare sectors
- Deep domain expertise in Mental Health in the UK
- Proven success in managing and closing complex, multi-solution sales cycles, including large enterprise deals (£50K+)
- Existing network of Clinical Directors, Service Leads, and Directors of Transformation within NHS and private mental health providers
- Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Suite, Slack
- Willingness to travel 25% or more for client meetings
- Availability to attend in-office meetings every Friday in London
