THE OPPORTUNITYWe are seeking a highly motivated Enterprise Account Executive to join our UK sales team, reporting into the SVP Sales. This is a pivotal role for an experienced sales professional who thrives on building relationships with legal decision-makers, selling Agentic AI solutions that help organizations succeed and thrive, and driving revenue growth.

- Consistently outperform sales targets by leveraging Leah's industry-leading AI technology and strong market demand to drive revenue growth.
- Proven sales success. 8+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding quotas.
- Bring your expertise. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. A legal background, whether as a lawyer or working in professional services, is highly valued.
- Industry experience matters. Experience in LegalTech, SaaS, CLM, or AI-driven tools, especially selling to law firms or legal teams, gives you a strong edge.
- Sell with insight. A consultative, value-based approach with the ability to simplify technical solutions for legal professionals.
- Master complex deals. Navigate multi-threaded sales processes, managing multiple stakeholders to drive alignment and close high-value opportunities.
- Stay sharp and organized. Strong Salesforce proficiency with the ability to maintain accurate pipeline hygiene.
- Hunter mentality. Proactive and relentless in pursuing new opportunities, with a proven track record of high-velocity prospecting and business generation.
