We are seeking a skilled and dedicated ENT Specialist to join our dynamic healthcare team at CHEC. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and contribute to our commitment to excellence.

About the Role

The role holder is accountable for delivering high-quality clinical care to adult patients attending the community ENT service. Responsibilities include managing a wide range of ENT conditions, from common issues to surgical procedures. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient outcomes.

We are looking for someone who can:
  • Deliver face-to-face onsite clinical sessions within a community-based environment.
  • Assess and manage a range of ENT conditions in adults, including Otitis Externa, BPPV, Otalgia, Perforated TM, Epistaxis, Nasal obstruction, Allergic Rhinitis, and Epley Maneuver.
  • Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment options, and post-operative care.
  • Stay current with advancements in ENT treatments, technologies, and best practices.
Who we are looking for:
  • GMC registration with a license to practice.
  • On the GMC Specialist Register/Consultant-level experience in ENT.
  • Personal indemnity to fully cover all patient care delivered within this agreement.
  • Evidence of last appraisal and date.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
