Job Description
About You

You're someone who likes owning results and are mission driven.

You're comfortable doing the hands on work of speaking with prospective clients, managing leads, and closing enrolments. You're equally comfortable stepping back to look at the numbers, challenging the business owners and improving the system.

You enjoy building structure and clarity, and you naturally look for ways to streamline processes or make things work better. You're organised, reliable, and motivated by hitting targets.

You're also someone who appreciates both autonomy and collaboration, you can run with things, but you also want to be part of shaping a team and contributing to the bigger picture.

You work well with people. You know how to guide someone through a decision, you communicate clearly, and you're good at giving direct, constructive feedback.

You're looking for a role where you can grow, taking on responsibility for the enrolment function now, leading that success and over time shaping and leading the marketing function. As we continue to scale, you will have a seat at the company management table, influencing the broader business strategy.
