Smile Education is currently recruiting for an English Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham from September.
This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.
The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed English Teacher to join their supportive department and make a positive impact on student outcomes.

Role- Teach English across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons
- Support students to develop their literacy, analytical and communication skills
- Monitor progress and provide effective feedback
- Contribute positively to the wider English department
- Build strong relationships with students and colleagues
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or currently completing teacher training
- Experience teaching English within a secondary school
- Strong subject knowledge across KS3 and KS4
- Excellent classroom management skills
- Passionate about raising achievement and inspiring young people
- Committed to creating an inclusive and engaging learning environment
