The Role- Deliver engaging and creative English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan, prepare and assess work in line with the national curriculum.
- Monitor and support student progress, ensuring all learners achieve their potential.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Contribute to the wider life of the English department and school community.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching English within a secondary school setting.
- Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature.
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
