As an English Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging and high quality English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Key Stage 5 desirable)
• Plan, prepare and assess work in line with school expectations
• Foster a love of literature and language among students
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the English curriculum

The successful English Teacher will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Have experience teaching English in UK secondary schools
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be adaptable, proactive, and enthusiastic
• Be committed to raising attainment and student engagement
