JOB DESCRIPTION- English Teacher / English ECT
- Based in the Borough of Croydon
- Teaching across various Key Stages (KS3/KS4/KS5) alongside a dedicated team of English Teachers / ECTs and Support Staff
- Delivering engaging and innovative lessons tailored to each age group
- September 2025 start - Permanent, Full-Time position
- Additional TLRs available: Key Stage Co-ordinator, Lead Practitioner, and more
- MPS1 - UPS3 + TLRs (dependent on experience)
- Must hold UK QTS
- Ability to collaborate with an ambitious team of English Teachers
- Strong academic background (GCSEs, A-Levels, Degree)
- A motivated teacher capable of listening to and acting on feedback
- Non-selective co-educational academy with 1,383 pupils
- Teaching methods centered around modern technology
