Salary: £30 - £32 per hour

The college is looking to appoint an English Lecturer on a full time temporary to permanent basis starting in September. This role will involve delivering engaging English lessons across GCSE and Functional Skills programmes, monitoring student progress, supporting achievement outcomes, and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning.
Qualifications- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS or equivalent)
- Degree level qualification in English or a related subject
- Experience teaching GCSE and/or Functional Skills English within Further Education
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- The ability to motivate and engage learners of varying abilities
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
