About Wakefield Operations: Wakefield is the second-largest plant in CCEP and the biggest soft drink plant in Europe. It produces nearly half of Great Britain's volume across 8 manufacturing lines and 2 preform lines, with a capacity of 672,000 cans and 132,000 bottles per hour. With over 550 employees, it offers excellent career opportunities regionally and across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Technical Training Plans: Create and implement training strategies in collaboration with Learning & Development.
  2. Deliver Training: Provide engaging technical training aligned with site plans and OEM guidance, comfortable delivering to groups.
  3. Audit and Review: Regularly update training materials based on evaluations and technological advancements.
  4. Foster Learning Culture: Promote a mix of formal training, coaching, and on-the-job learning to improve performance.
  5. Training Administration: Keep training records current, identify opportunities, and plan for improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Apprenticeship qualification or NVQ Level 3 in engineering or equivalent; multi-skilled preferred.
  • Ability to develop and deliver engaging training on operational equipment.
  • Experience in FMCG/Supply Chain manufacturing environments.
  • Proven expertise in learning and development, especially technical training.
  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environment policies.
  • Understanding of Quality Management Systems.
