Engineering Talent Sourcer - Hybrid (Dublin)

Suir Engineering in Dublin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and attracting candidates to meet staffing needs across projects, working with Senior TA Partners and hiring managers to manage a 360 recruitment process.

You will proactively build talent pipelines for technical roles, engage passive candidates, use direct hiring channels, and maintain candidate data in the ATS. Travel to events may be required.
