What You'll Do:

As an Engineering Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our operations team. Your mission? To define and enhance our manufacturing processes while ensuring quality and safety. Here's how you'll make an impact:

  • Follow defined techniques, SOPs, and work instructions to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with technical and engineering personnel on new product development and processes.
  • Uphold health and safety requirements to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Tackle and solve manufacturing challenges as they arise.
  • Document and report any deviations in processes, ensuring transparency and continuous improvement.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting the development of components using the APQP process.
  • Providing engineering support for New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
  • Hosting cross-functional sessions to drive collaboration.
  • Facilitating APQP activities, including risk assessment, Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and control plan development.
  • Creating and maintaining quality plans and technical manufacturing instructions that meet customer specifications.
  • Leading root cause investigations and documenting lessons learned.
  • Taking technical ownership of development, pre-serial, and serial production products.

What You Bring to the Table:

Required:

  • Several years of experience in engineering project management, specifically in high-volume production environments.
  • Knowledge of APQP methodologies and problem-solving tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Experience in delivering validation packages to customers.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • A methodical approach and the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement and effective communication skills.
