Engineering Project Manager - Hybrid

A Project Manager is needed for a company who specialise within the Electronics industry to manage several projects working on new product development. The company operate with 4 days on site and 1 from home with flexible working and a half day on a Friday! As the Project Manager you will be reporting into the Senior Project Manager and ensuring projects are completed on time and to budget leasing with a global team involving multidisciplinary Engineering teams. Your role will be supporting these team right form the start of planning through execution of development for product release.
As part of the Project Management role you will also be interfacing with customers and key stakeholders both internal and external. Ideally you will have worked in an Engineering environment within Embedded/Electronics/Electrification prior and have an understanding of taking a product to market.
Core skills include:-
- Project Management experience
- APM, IPM relevant qualifications
- Agile/Waterfall Methodologies
- Be able to implement methodologies and best practice
- Have experience of being customer facing
- Leasing with Key stakeholders and building rapport
- Demonstrated knowledge of good engineering practice.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Rapport building
- Excellent organisational skills.
