Engineering PMO

Role: General Program Management (PMO)
Duration: 12 months (TBC)
Locations: Sweden

We are looking for someone that can support the organization with a major change in way of working with a new factory. Supporting with communication and soft skills.

Experience Requirements
* Minimum 10 years of experience in change management and internal communication within large industrial organizations, preferably manufacturing or heavy industry.
* Proven experience leading major organizational expansions with significant impact on employees and production.
* Strong background working as a consultant in complex organizations with multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership, line management, and employee representatives.
* Clear ability to translate strategy into concrete actions and execution in an operational environment.

Skills and Capabilities
* Very strong communication capability, both strategic and hands-on, with the ability to create clarity, engagement, and trust.
* Deep understanding of change psychology, organizational culture, and informal structures in industrial settings.
* High organizational maturity with confidence navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing conditions.
* Analytically strong, with experience using relevant measurement and feedback to steer and adapt change efforts.
