Engineering Ops Manager - 24/7 Specialist Systems

A leading international airport in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineering Operations Manager to lead the Specialist Systems team. In this role, you will be accountable for the performance of a key Engineering area, managing around 40 skilled colleagues. You'll focus on delivering operational plans and driving improvements in performance, safety, and compliance. This position is Monday to Friday, overseeing four 24/7 shift teams handling critical assets including security equipment and traffic management systems.
