Engineering Manager, Rust Network Security Lead

MongoDB is seeking a Lead Engineer to found and lead the Server Ingress Security team, rearchitecting MongoDB Server's ingress networking and building the Atlas Network Protection layer to harden the pre-authentication surface.

You will guide production-ready security services in Rust, drive a 12-month roadmap, and mentor engineers across the team. The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid work model and close collaboration with product and security teams.
