London - Paddington / Stockley Park (3 days onsite) 12-month contract £450 PD Outside IR35

We're looking for an Engineering Manager (12-month contract) to lead a CCTV engineering team responsible for secure, stable delivery across a large store estate. You'll own delivery planning, risk management and engineering quality, ensuring upgrades and hardening are delivered safely without impacting live operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading CCTV engineering delivery, governance and upgrades
• Planning and sequencing work to minimise store disruption
• Managing change control, releases and operational risk
• Ensuring secure working practices and policy compliance
• Coordinating with security operations and incident teams
• Tracking delivery progress, risks, dependencies and capacity
• Producing high-quality documentation and operational handovers

Requirements:

• Experience leading infrastructure or platform engineering teams
• Strong delivery management in operationally sensitive environments
• Background in security-focused or regulated settings
• Ability to balance pace, stability and risk across legacy estates
