Engineering Manager, Atlas Growth - Lead Scalable Features

MongoDB is seeking an Engineering Manager to join the Atlas Growth Team in Dublin on a hybrid basis. You will lead a group of engineers to design, build, and test new features for MongoDB Atlas, focusing on onboarding flows, monetization, and cluster management tools for a large B2B customer base.

You will work with product, design and analytics to shape the roadmap, define delivery dates, and ensure solutions scale across major cloud providers.
