The Engineering Manager for the Front of House (FOH) team will lead the development of client-facing solutions that improve the salon customer experience, such as appointment management, check-ins, and communication tools. This position involves close collaboration with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions that meet the needs of Phorest's global salon partners.

• Proven experience in engineering management, with a focus on frontend development.
• Strong technical background, particularly in frontend technologies; experience with Ember.js is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product and design teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work remotely within the GMT +2 time zone or be based in Dublin.
