Engineering Manager - Hybrid, AI-Driven Tech Leader

Velociti Solutions in Oldham is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software engineers, setting technical direction and ensuring delivery against timescales. The role balances hands-on architectural guidance with people management, promoting secure, scalable software and AI-assisted development practices.

You will work in a hybrid pattern (minimum two days in the office), 37.5 hours/week, with core hours 9:30am-4:00pm, reporting to the CTO.
