Meet you future department
You will be part of the Maintenance Department, a key area ensuring the operational reliability, efficiency, and safety of our production assets. Our team plays a vital role in the continuous improvement of processes and the implementation of best practices in maintenance and engineering.
How can you help us?
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Electromechanical Engineer to lead and oversee the maintenance operations within our production facilities. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities-both preventive and corrective-are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your main responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance activities in the plant, including preventive, corrective, and predictive tasks, carried out by both internal and external technicians. This role requires strong planning, supervision, and quality control capabilities, as well as the willingness to be directly involved on-site in resolving machine breakdowns when necessary.
The Maintenance Manager will autonomously manage operations using the CMMS, ensure compliance with safety and operational standards, and coordinate with technical departments and production leads. Responsibilities also include identifying and analyzing anomalies, drafting technical reports, and proposing continuous improvements to the maintenance plan. Additionally, the role involves training, motivating, and leading the maintenance team to ensure high performance and work quality.
Skills and Competencies

Minimum education: Technical Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering

Languages: B2 level of English (spoken and written)

Skills and Competencies
Background:

- Understanding of industrial programming languages and communication networks
Languages: B2 level of English (spoken and written)
Technical knowledge:
- Machinery and equipment used in the food industry
- Preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
- CMMS software (e.g., GMAO), RCM, LEAN methodologies, CAD
- Industrial organization and process optimization
- Proven ability to identify and resolve technical issues independently, with a strong willingness to engage directly in hands-on tasks alongside the technical team.
- Fast learner with a solid capacity to absorb and apply new technical knowledge.
- Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
- Effective team leadership with the ability to manage and motivate personnel autonomously.
- Experience in quality assurance and control of executed work.
- Proactive communication with internal stakeholders and other departments.
- Capable of delivering technical training and guidance to team members in troubleshooting.
