Job Description:

ICF is seeking Engagement Managers to join our growing Airlines & MRO team. In this role, you will act as the project manager on challenging projects, helping clients improve operations across strategy, performance, digital modernization, and transformation.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Managing client communication, primarily on-site;
  2. Building and maintaining client relationships;
  3. Mentoring junior staff;
  4. Managing projects with analytical solutions;
  5. Handling administrative tasks like budgeting and scope management;
  6. Supporting business development through networking, proposals, and thought leadership;
  7. Traveling extensively to serve our international clients.

The role supports clients including OEMs, Airlines, MROs, lessors, and investors, requiring familiarity with their analysis and support needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serving as the primary contact with clients, with significant on-site presence;
  2. Developing long-term client relationships;
  3. Managing stakeholders and project risks;
  4. Overseeing report and presentation development;
  5. Leading consulting teams to deliver solutions;
  6. Mentoring junior staff;
  7. Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture;
  8. Developing budgets and managing project risks;
  9. Engaging in business development activities.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Degree from a reputable institution;
  • 5+ years in aviation or strategic consulting, focusing on airline operations & MRO;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Willingness to travel internationally.

  • Ability to follow leadership directions and work independently;
