QuantSpark is seeking an Engagement Manager to lead client relationships, shape projects, and ensure impactful delivery across our AI and analytics portfolio. You will sit at the intersection of clients and technical teams, turning complex challenges into clear, achievable plans and then seeing them through to measurable outcomes.
We are looking for someone with strong commercial judgement, project leadership, and consulting skills, with enough data literacy to confidently collaborate with our technical specialists. You'll enjoy working cross-functionally with ambiguity, co-creating solutions with clients, and spotting opportunities for future collaboration.
Key responsibilities- Lead and manage day-to-day client engagement, from initial discovery and scoping through to demonstrating ROI and embedding solutions.
- Own client on/off boarding, including key meetings, documentation, and processes that set projects up for success.
- Work closely with Business Development, supporting proposals, pitches, and shaping new opportunities with potential clients.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams of engineers, software developers, AI/ML modellers, analysts and data scientists, ensuring everyone is aligned on outcomes, timelines and responsibilities.
- Run core project management activities: defining scope, governance and decision-making forums, stakeholder management, risk and issue tracking, and high-level plans.
- Help translate technical work into clear stories, recommendations, and narratives for non-technical stakeholders, including C suite audiences.
- Prepare and present client deliverables such as presentations, progress updates, and reports that drive decisions and action.
- Manage and develop a small team of analysts/consultants through coaching, feedback, and career development conversations
As an Engagement Manager at QuantSpark you will be key to our overall strategy and business growth.

- Experience leading client-facing projects or work-streams in a consulting, professional services, or internal change/transformation environment.
- Solid project management skills: defining scope and objectives, managing stakeholders, coordinating cross-functional teams, and keeping delivery on track for time and budget.
- Ability to work with data and analytics concepts at a conversational level (e.g. you can understand what data scientists and engineers are doing and ask good questions, even if you don't build models yourself).
- Excellent consulting, communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence working with senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops or steering sessions.
- Experience building an engaged team (formal or informal), including mentoring, coaching, and supporting others' development.
Desirable
- Experience of data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI)
- Experience configuring BI tools (and knowledge of ETL processes in general)
- Familiarity with Project Management tools such as Asana and Jira
- Experience translating technical lingo into insights and stories for stakeholders
- Ability to write stakeholder deliverables (in-house or external clients) such as reports and presentations
- An ability to show leadership with internal teams and with clients
- An interest in joining a small but growing team and drive to help both themselves and the business develop
