Engagement & Volunteer Support Specialist

The Archer Project in Sheffield is seeking an Engagement and Volunteer Support Worker to provide one-to-one support to individuals facing homelessness and complex needs. You will build trusting relationships, help clients access housing, healthcare and benefits, and work with partner agencies to coordinate holistic support.

You will also recruit, train and supervise volunteers, ensuring safeguarding and reflective practice.
