The role:

As a result of increased work flows work, there is a new opportunity for an Enfranchisement/Lease Extension Lawyer to join the team.

Your role will focus on a full caseload of lease extensions, mainly transactional but some experience of contentious may be an advantage, there may be an opportunity to oversee trainees/junior staff and occasional marketing, for those that desire it.

About You:

We are inviting applications from:

• Qualified Solicitors or Legal Executives from NQ upwards
• Those able to demonstrate recent and relevant experience dealing with leasehold enfranchisement/lease extension caseload
• Lawyers with excellent organisational and IT skills, able to work effectively from home
