Energy Services GM UK - Hybrid Leadership & Growth

Lucy Electric is seeking a General Manager for its Energy Services business in the UK to provide vision, strategy and leadership, aligning regional goals with the company-wide plan. Based in Thame, the role will guide budgets, drive profitable growth and ensure high levels of customer service in a dynamic service environment.

The GM will lead multi-functional teams, manage risk, collaborate with stakeholders including DNOs, and deliver energy projects on time and to budget, while upholding
