Job Description

Sustainability Energy Modelling Consultant

Competitive salary

Location - Cobham - Office based

Allen & York are excited to be working with a market-leading team of sustainability and compliance consultants, providing advice and assessment to clients within the construction, property, finance, and events industries.

Our client is looking for a skilled Energy Modeller Consultant to join the highly regarded team.

Key Requirements:
  • Extensive experience using IES VE software
  • Capable of delivering:
  • Thermal modelling
  • TM54 and TM52 assessments
  • EPCs (non-domestic)
  • Passive Design Analysis
  • Low and Zero Carbon (LZC) feasibility studies
  • Strong understanding of BREEAM-related energy credits (e.g., ENE 01, ENE 04)
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality technical reports

Bonus (not essential):

  • Experience with NABERS UK assessments
