• Experience shaping solutions to solve complex client problems in the Energy and Commodities industries.
• Experience performing Business Analyst roles in Trading Front, Middle or Back offices, Shipping & Logistics or Commercial Refining functions within the CTRM industry.
• Understanding of business-IT enterprise architecture models, IT operating models, information models and capability maturity models would be desirable.
• Ability to develop IP and Market Offerings.
• Experience working with an Offshore Delivery Partner would be desirable.
• Experience designing and executing Business Analysis related to large transformation programs within the CTRM industry.
• Experience either developing new or deepening existing business relationships with key client stakeholders.
• Ability to hold discussions with senior client individuals in both technology and business topics.
• Build sustainable relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and/or existing clients.
• Effectively engage with the C-suite to develop our brand and propositions.
• Manage teams from across Infosys to ensure the best solutions are developed and value outcomes are delivered for the client.
• Ensure a competitive advantage is created and maintained.
• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem solving, and resilience.
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences.
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in the country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project related mobility/willingness to travel.
• Extensive experience in Technology transformation and Consulting primarily in the energy & commodities sector with a special focus on ETRM.
• Able to produce top class work across the various aspects of small, medium and large strategy creation and innovation delivery engagements.
• Extensive experience with IT Strategy, best practices and technologies.
• Experience as lead for a medium or large technology implementation.
