Job Description

Modo Energy is a data platform powering the energy transition for investors, developers and operators. A Customer Success professional will onboard new accounts to the Modo Energy Terminal, driving feature adoption and becoming the expert customers turn to for product and methodology questions.

You will run training sessions, monitor account health, feed insights back to product, and collaborate with the account management team to ensure seamless support across a growing portfolio.
