Join a dedicated, small team focused on reducing energy use and carbon emissions to achieve an ambitious net zero target for the University. You will provide fundamental support to the work of the team, processing data, checking dashboards and reporting on issues in real time to help the UWE save energy and water and run efficiently. You'll ensure that utility bills are accurate, raising queries where needed, as well as supporting our extensive meter monitoring programme.

About youYou will have good experience working with data and excel and an eye for detail. You will have excellent time management skills and be self motivated, setting your own deadlines and working successfully to meet these. You will be a good communicator, writing and reporting clearly and concisely to deliver key information quickly and efficiently. You'll have some understanding of the context of energy management, climate change and sustainability.
Where you will be workingUWE Bristol is a campus based University, with vibrant campus communities that are central to student life. In this role, you'll be based at our modern Frenchay Campus where we've invested in state of the art facilities designed to help both staff and students succeed. You'll spend most of your time on campus, typically 2 days per week with the opportunity to work from home on the remaining days.

Job DetailsThis is a part time, fixed term post until 31 July 2027, working 22.5 hours per week.
Salary offers are made in line with the University's salary assessment guidelines, reflecting your relevant skills and experience in parity with colleagues.
