End User Desk Support Engineer

- Advise and assist users in solving problems related to hardware, software, networks, and peripherals using available technology.
- Manage user accounts, set up new hires, and provide end-user training when necessary.
- Analyze basic business needs and recommend ways to optimize PC hardware/resources to achieve business objectives.
- Provide essential online security advice and support.
- Lead larger scope EUC initiatives/projects (e.g., Laptop Refreshes, Office365 implementation).
- Support the implementation and operation of Audio-visual systems within offices.
- Record and categorize reported queries and provide solutions.
- Maintain IT equipment storage rooms, computer rooms, and work areas in an organized, safe, and professional manner.
- Monitor computer systems and network services; recognize and escalate potential problems to management.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher support levels when necessary.
- Advanced Windows troubleshooting skills; basic knowledge of MacOS preferred.
- Understanding of network and server/desktop administration, installations, upgrades, tools, and equipment.
- Knowledge of analytical and technical tasks on EUC systems, including Network/Server/Cloud systems, IT security, and MFA.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and installing equipment, including lifting up to 40 lbs.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android operating systems.
- Experience with automated software and OS deployment across supported platforms.
- Good understanding of Android and iOS mailbox and app configuration.
Nice to have:
- ITIL foundation certification.
- Knowledge of Intune, JAMF, O365, MAM, and MDM.
- Strong user and client management skills.
