End-to-End Talent Lead People & Culture

Cledara in London is seeking a Talent Lead to own the attraction, hiring and retention of exceptional talent. You'll shape recruitment strategy and partner with leadership on broader People operations.

You'll design onboarding, manage HR admin, policy writing, visa/sponsorship, and drive engagement while expanding AI-enabled hiring workflows to elevate our employer brand. This role is full-time and hybrid, with three days a week in the London office.
