End-to-End Payroll Specialist Finance & Process Improvement

Owen Daniels in Market Bosworth is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to own the end-to-end payroll process and support the wider finance function. You will work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure payroll accuracy, legislative compliance and timely processing.

The role covers payroll administration, supplier invoices, journals, bank reconciliations and month-end activities, with a focus on data integrity, confidentiality and process improvements.
